Brenda Waugh, Attorney at Law, L.C. is a small, client-centered law firm providing mediation services and legal services, with offices located in South Berkeley and Jefferson Counties, West Virginia. Brenda Waugh opened her law office in the Eastern Panhandle in September of 2000 after a successful career in public service.  Since that time, she has provided assistance to hundreds of families with their legal problems ranging from car accidents, insurance disputes, crime victim’s compensation, consumer issues and civil rights.


Ms. Waugh is an attorney with over twenty years of experience working for the people of West Virginia.  She is excited to bring that experience to work on your case.  A native of Princeton, West Virginia, she graduated with honors from the University of Virginia in 1982.  She graduated from West Virginia University Law School in 1987 and in 2009 earned a Masters Degree in Conflect Resolution from Eastern Mennonite University. She is licensed to practice in West Virginia and the District of Columbia.
