About Me

I am a patent-law consultant and sole author of the widley used and cited treatise the "Annotated Patent Digest."  My consulting services help in-house and/or trial counsel quickly and cost effectively analyze patent issues for matters before the Supreme Court, Federal Circuit, ITC, BPAI, and U.S. district courts throughout the nation.  I am also available to serve as an arbitrator or neutral evaluator for disputes relating to U.S. patents.
