    • I recommend Jennifer Royer.
    • I hired Jennifer more than 3 years ago.
    • Jennifer handled my Employment / Labor matter.
    • I have previously worked with more than 10 lawyers.

Jennifer provided me with insightful advice and negotiated on my behalf in finalizing an employment agreement. Her foresight and understanding of potential pitfalls and "deal-killers" proved to be of great value in enforcing compensation components of the agreement and in limiting the restrictive covenants on prospective employment.

Since the headquarters or holding company was located in Canada, her knowledge served not only to protect me, but to educate the Canadian principals, respectfully but firmly, on matters of Virginia employment law. I have high regard for her work and her professional ethics.
