Served as in-house counsel for FDIC in the liquidation and open bank/regulatory sections. Conducted trials, hearings and investigations for the agency as a failed bank liquidator and open bank regulator. Worked as in-house counsel for settlement /workout team involving complex acquisition and development lending cases. Also prepared numerous opinions concerning safe and sound banking practices.

Served as counsel for parties in precedent setting cases arising from allegations of invasion of privacy, abridgment of the right to freedom of speech, and invasion of the right to privacy

Served as counsel for parties involved in real estate disputes concerning residential and commercial leases.
