Harry Allen Glover Jr.

H. Allen Glover, Jr. specializes in public utility law, eminent domain law, administrative law and health law. He regularly represents electric utilities and other public service companies before the Virginia State Corporation Commission and other administrative has served two terms on the Board of Governors of the Administrative Law Section of the Virginia State Bar.
