Mr. Flax became associated with Tavss Fletcher in 2004 and concentrates in personal injury, family law, criminal and civil litigation.
Mr. Flax is a lifelong resident of the Hampton Roads area. He graduated from Norfolk Academy in 1996. He then attended the University of Maryland at College Park where he received his undergraduate degree in 2000. He earned his law degree at the American University, Washington College of Law.
He is married and currently resides in Virginia Beach. He is also the Co-Chair for the D.A. Taylor Charitable Foundation and a Director of the Bay Colony Cavalier Park Civic League.
