Asked by a user in Charlottesville, VA - 10 months ago.

The answer is the risk manager does not have a "right" to any of this information, but he/she is not going to consider your claim without it unless you hire an attorney. Call a Charlottesvile personal injury attorney such as Vaden Warren, Yvonne Griffin, or Greg Webb.

Do I have any recourse with Ford Motor Co regarding airbag not deploying

Indeed, you were not injured and have no personal injury damages. I recommend getting your VIN and reporting the incident to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).
