Loren H. Tung’s practice focuses on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the electrical, electro-mechanical and computer arts. He also assists in the preparation of patent infringement and freedom to practice opinions.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Tung worked as a research aide for Argonne National Laboratory in their Energy Technology Division. He worked as a law clerk for Legal Aid Services of Oregon, providing support in a variety of litigation matters, while attending law school. Prior to joining Squire Sanders, Mr. Tung was an associate for an intellectual property boutique firm in Michigan.
Mr. Tung is a member of the American Bar Association and the American Intellectual Property Law Association.
