Bryan Robert King

My practice focuses on assisting government contractors with all procurement related issues, with a focus on protests and appeals. I have participated in bid protests before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, the GAO, and the FAA Office of Dispute Resolution for Acquisition. In addition, I have assisted clients with appeals before the SBA Office of Hearings and Appeals, as well as both the Civilian and Armed Services Boards of Contract Appeals.

I have also supported government contractors with corporate administration, drafting and reviewing necessary articles, bylaws, and agreements, including documents specific to 8(a) and SDVO small businesses. I am also extremely familiar with the Export Administration Regulations, having assisted clients with registration and compliance of export products.
