    Practice Area:
    Family
    Outcome:
Affirmed in part, reversed in part.
    Description:
Husband's civil contempt upheld. Husband's release from incarceration using habeas corpus, reversed. Automatic stay of Bankruptcy Court does not apply to civil contempt against debtor husband for failure to turn over and minor children to wife pursuant to court order. Wife has standing to appear in habeas proceeding. Habeas corpus court was clearly erroneous in release of husband, the court not having heard testimony heard by another judge.
