I worked with Matthew through my employer for my Green Card and AC21 applications. Matthew seems very knowledgeable and upto speed with all the latest developments in the immigration fields. He charts out a clear course for the process, gives personal attention to details and is very thorough overall. At times one would feel that he is being terse on certain issues, but in the hindsight its basically because he knows the law well and does not promise or speak to something that may ultimately not materialize. I'll definitely keep going back to him for all my immigration needs, as I surely will have a few coming down in future.

Mr. Glinsmann's best quality is his ability to assess the amount of work needed to achieve the intended goal both on his part and more importantly on ours (the clients), and then carefully and honestly lay it out so there's no ambiguity as to the challenges that lie ahead.

Mr. Glinsmann helped me with my green card (through marriage) application. The process went very smooth, thanks to his knowledge of immigration law! Matthew Glinsmann, and his partner and wife, are the epitome of what a boutique firm should be like. In the initial interview, he walked us through every detail we would need to document about our case and helped us gauge it's merits. In his opinion, our case seemed rather simple and straightforward, so he gave my wife and I a fair and competitive fee schedule. I appreciated the personalized timeline and task schedule he set out for us; one he took the time to ensure we stuck to for our benefit. The several pre-hearing meetings we had were always friendly, but focused and professional -the was never an non-productive moment. When we finally got to the day of the hearing both him and his wife sat with us the almost 3 hours before the hearing and spoke to us, not just as client to attorneys, but as people. That was a nice personal touch. At the end, our case was so compelling at the hearing that, my wife was approved for residency the very next day, and she received her green card less than 2 weeks after that!

I applied for citizenship in August 2009, went for the Interview in the end of October 2009. On January 5, 2010 I got a letter that my application is denied and I was given 30 days to appeal or face.....
