VA discriminated against Plaintiff in a performance evaluation, and she received a lower performance award than she should have. When she won her appeal that the lower performance award constituted adverse action, the VA retaliated, she pursued a retaliation claim, and the agency decided to settle.

Plaintiff was wrongfully terminated from his position as Acting Chief of Police. He was unable to gain employment as a police officer after his termination. Case settled after municipality was unable to get the claim dismissed.
