It definitely isn't fair. I would contact a PA lawyer who does a lot of DUI work.
There is no way to answer this question without knowing more details. But under no circumstances should you go to court without a lawyer or public defender.
Possible, but not likely. I would need to look into the circumstances of that plea. You would most likely want to file a post-conviction motion.
Yes it will, if you are at least 18 years old and in adult court, and if you plead guilty and do not get a probation before judgment disposition. If you do get a pbj, you can have this expunged after 3 years if you meet certain conditions. You need to get a lawyer immediately!
This appears to be a Judge Femia disposition, where your son plead nolo contendere. Was he on probation at the time? I would expect Judge Femia under that circumstance to accept the nolo contendere plea and enter a probation before judgment. But I can't tell whether he did that by looking at the CaseSearch. I would have to look at the Court file to be sure if this is what happened.
Pardon my last answer, the number 1 would be proper in Maryland. Not sure about Ohio.
It probably means "Black" but if this is the case the officer should have written the number 1 instead which is the proper code for a black person.
