Pooja was extremely thorough and professional throughout the entire immigration process. She communicated with us on a regular basis and was quick to respond to our questions. She gave us detailed explanations for each step of the way and left us feeling very confident and well equipped. My husband and I were extremely satisfied and would recommend Pooja to anyone needing immigration services.
Dear Ms. Regmi,
First of all I would like to thank you from deep inside my heart for working on my case. I also would like to thank the way you handled my case. Lastly, congratulations to both of us on completing the application successfully.
There are few things I would like to say to you regarding your work:
- I have to say I was very much impressed by your quick response to the questions that the USCIS issued on my application. Your answer was not only prompt, but also tremendously easy for me to understand and work with.
- I also noticed that you were very enthusiastic about your work and your focus on getting the job done was admirable. In addition to that the language you used to communicate with me made me feel that I was talking to someone who is working for me and for my satisfaction.
- Last but not least, when the job was done and I received my Green Card, the way you shared the victory with me (your client) made me feel that we were working as a team.
Thank you very much and I would be very happy and proud to refer you to my friends/relatives who are looking for help in your area.
I called Ms. Regmi frantically on the phone. This was the first time I was talking to her about my case. I was trying to tell her that I received a notice from USCIS denying my application while I was still communicating with USCIS about other issues. Once the case is closed I could take it to court which would be expensive and has little chance of success. I had no options but to start all over again. She listened to me, calmed me down, and suggested couple of options. She also emailed me some useful links including the one to the Ombudsman office. I had never even heard of it. She very clearly laid out the steps for applying my case to the Ombudsman office. She was right! Only after a couple of days they got back to me and said that they re-opened my case. I was ecstatic. I now have my green card and its because of Ms. Regmi's help at that crucial point. I have already referred many of my friends and family to her. She says she is a lawyer but has heart of a social worker. As immigrants that is exactly what we need to go through this arduous process
I came across Ms. Regmi at a conference in Raleigh, NC. She was presenting at a forum for immigrants. Her knowledge and thorough answers to all of my questions were so reassuring I retained her as an attorney to handle the case of my then fiance. She was incredible and has helped tremendously in keeping the love of my life, legally, close with me :)
I have to add that Ms. Regmi's fluency in the Nepali language is such an added bonus that I can't speak enough of! All in all, I am very thankful to have had someone so helpful.
