Ruling in Circuit Court held for Mr. Pahwa (client), because of laches in Mrs. Pahwa's claim for support until child was over age 17. Court of Special Appeals found that Circuit Court Judge failed to swear witnesses and therefore took no testimony, and also found laches was not applicable defense but instead court should use statute of limitations on child support arrearages.
