I am a partner at the law firm of Lamson, LeBlanc & Carmean, LLC, located at 136 Main Street, P.O. Box 1130, Prince Frederick, Maryland 20678. My primary areas of practice include DUI/DWI, criminal defense, domestic and family law, and personal injury cases. I have been practising for over 14 years.
Prior to joining Lamson, LeBlanc & Carmean, LLC, I spent five years with the law firm of Rath & Carmean, LLC where I handled the same types of cases.
From 1997 to 2002, I worked as an associate with Piper Rudnick, formerly Piper & Marbury, LLP, where I worked in the commercial litigation and products liablity practice groups.
I graduated with Honors from Duke University in 1994 and from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1997.

Aimee West Divorce & Separation Attorney
Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
I recommend this lawyer without hesitation. I am always relieved when Mark represents an opposing party in a case in which I am involved. Although he unquestionably fights hard for his clients, he is able to take a holistic view of things, thus often protecting his client's bottom line. Mark does not waste client funds filing frivolous or unnecessary pleadings, he is efficient with his time and mindful of keeping client costs to a reasonable minimum. He is zealous, extremely competent, and unquestionably honest. I have observed that his clients find him to be personable, understanding, and candid -- excellent traits for a divorce lawyer. Finally, he has a great sense of humor, making him a pleasure with whom to work.
