Delisle Garvin St. Clair Warden

Delisle’s practice focuses on Privacy Law, Regulatory Compliance, and Business Law. Delisle has significant experience in complicated regulatory and statutory analysis, and experience in sophisticated business transactions. He represents entrepreneurs, private equity investors, financial institutions, and other businesses in a wide variety of matters.

After graduating from Harvard Law School, Delisle began his legal career as an associate with one of the most respected investment management legal groups in America. Delisle then expanded his legal skills by practicing as a business lawyer working on high-stakes mergers & acquisitions transactions, and as a policy and regulations attorney for the U.S. Department of Commerce.

Delisle was awarded the U.S. Department of Commerce – Silver Medal in January 2015. The Department of Commerce Silver Medal is the second highest award presented by the United States Secretary of Commerce. This award recognizes major contributions of exceptional value in support of the United States Department of Commerce’s overall goals in service to the United States. Delisle received the Silver Medal in recognition of his exemplary contribution to the development of the Investing in Manufacturing Communities Partnership program. Delisle was also nominated for the U.S. Department of Commerce – Attorney of the Year in December 2013. He was nominated in recognition of his superb work on a $37 million multi-agency grant initiative promoting job creation in advanced manufacturing, informational technology, aerospace, and clean technology.
