Stay away from this one. He told me my ex would be served papers, but it never happened. A couple of months later, he told me the papers didn't get served because it was around the holidays and servers weren't very reliable and that he would take care of things. I googled him and found that others... had the same type of problems with him and that he was reprimanded in court a couple of times. This information was not on the internet when I first hired him! The next thing I know, I had to sign papers to acknowledge that I knew he didn't have malpractice insurance. Eventually, I changed lawyers, got the papers served and got divorced. He's personable enough, but something's very wrong here and he's dropped the ball on many cases.
