Description: Ms. del Sordo was struck by a pick-up truck while lawfully crossing the street in a crosswalk. She was thrown by the impact and suffered many painful injuries, including a permanent shoulder injury. Allstate refused to pay her more than $60,000, so I tried the case. She was very pleased with my work.
