I focus my practice on federal income tax matters for large and mid-sized businesses. My experience includes structuring taxable and tax-free acquisition, disposition and restructuring transactions for publicly traded and privately held companies. I also perform due diligence for transactions to identify and quantify potential federal income tax exposures, and structure transactions to maximize the benefit of existing tax attributes and minimize tax exposures.
