We need a franchise operations manual?

An operations manual is the "family jewels" of the franchise system -- it is critical to the success of the system and represents much of what makes a franchise system distinctive. You probably should not prepare this yourself, and lawyers are not well suited for this task. The most efficient and least expensive way to proceed is to work with an experienced franchise consultant. There are several excellent ones I could recommend. -- Steve Feirman, Nixon Peabody LLP
