Client Review:
Brett is available to his clients, diligent, and most of all, he is an expert in IP law. He has deep background in copyright and trademark actions worldwide, there isn't a question you can ask him that would stump him. Yes, he is a partner, and you will pay partner rates, but given his expertise and client service attitude, you will get more value from talking with Brett for a few minutes than paying some junior partner or associate for twenty wasted hours of memo prep. I recommend Brett, just not for large projects, because I want to keep him for myself!
