  • Commonwealth v Deborah L. M.

    Practice Area:
    DUI & DWI
    Date:
    Jun 10, 1998
    Outcome:
    Not Guilty
    Description:
Client charged with DUI by officers who were friends of her ex-husband's. Her Ex was a police officer in another city. He drove from his jurisdiction to watch her arrest. My client was not drunk but she refused the blood test because she could not stand the presence of her ex husband. Every other lawyer told this woman she could not win. I told her it was a long shot. I really learned to respect a jury's ability to find the truth. I have tried a lot of jury trials but I will always remember this one.
