Heather resides in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania with her husband and their two children. 

Prior to attending law school, Heather worked full time for Prudential Insurance and obtained her insurance adjuster license in several states including: Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Oklahoma, South Carolina, and Texas. Heather also received her Small Auto Loss Certification from Vale National in 2000.

While attending the Evening Division of Widener University School of Law, Heather worked full time for Nationwide Insurance representing their insureds in pre-litigation mediations and handling liability claims. Heather was also one of the founding board members of the Nationwide Conshohocken's chapter of Toastmasters International.

Since joining Creedon & Feliciani, PC in November 2005, Heather has represented children injured at birth by medical malpractice and their families, self insured entities, businesses and numerous individuals in their roles as Plaintiffs and/or Defendants. Heather has also handled administrative proceedings for her clients including Social Security disability claims and appeals and Unemployment claims and appeals.

Heather, like the other members of Creedon and Feliciani, P. C., believes in giving back to the community. Heather is active in the alumni chapter of Sigma Chi Delta, a social and service sorority that participates in several charity events each year. She also participates in fundraising events for the March of Dimes and National Multiple Sclerosis Society annually.
