I am a business affairs attorney w/emphasis on full range of entertainment, media and technology industry contract drafting and negotiation, copyrights, trademarks, and organizing/advising entertainment, media or technology industry-related businesses. Additionally, I have college and law school-level teaching and administrative experience in entertainment law/music business disciplines; I was co-owner of a broadcast music production company based in Phila., PA and NY, NY where I composed and produced TV and radio commercials for national clients; I wrote hit songs with, and for, major label recording artists. I was a Professor at Drexel University, teaching music industry/entertainment-related business and intellectual property law courses. Also, I was Program Director, and developed the curriculum, of the Bachelor of Science in Music Industry Program. I created, and was CEO of, the student-run and faculty-led entity called MAD Dragon UNLTD, an enterprise containing a number of music industry-related businesses, including MAD Dragon Records, MAD Dragon Publishing, MADKo Concerts, DraKo Booking, MADFire Music Videos, and BANTIC Media. MAD Dragon UNLTD was the first of its kind in the U.S. I am the author of the e-book "Rock Your College - How to Start and Run a College or University-Based Music Business Entity", which is step by step, comprehensive guide to the music business, available at on and other bookseller sites such as Barnes and Noble. My practice centers on intellectual property (copyrights and trademarks), business affairs, entertainment, media and technology transactions and legal policy related to technology, telecommunications, media and entertainment.
