Can I file for a Fault Divorce in Pa?

Fault divorces are still permissible in PA under the Divorce Code. Generally, PA is considered a no-fault state, but in certain situations, which depend upon the facts of your case, filing a fault divorce can be advantageous from a litigation strategy standpoint.

I would need more information to provide you with an informed answer. Merely moving out of your house should not forfeit any equity in the house unless it is based upon some fault ground. If the house was purchased with marital/community funds during the marriage, then you will not lose your equity share of the house. I'm not sure what a notarized letter could/would do for you. It would depend upon more information.

How do reach a financial settlement for Support without full disclosure of ACTUAL Income?

To answer your question, Rule 5:5-2 requires that the parties have a continuing duty to update their CIS statements throughout the litigation. The CIS must also be updated 20 days before the final hearing. Tax returns must be attached to the document. In regard to the "missed deadline" for discovery. Your attorney can either request from the other party to re-open discovery, update discovery, and/or if opposing counsel will not comply your attorney can file a motion with the court...
