Laura Elizabeth Vendzules

Laura Vendzules is a member of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group.  She has more than 20 years of experience in commercial litigation matters, including individual, derivative and class action cases. She has experience advising clients and litigating cases involving contract disputes, fraud and other business torts, director and officer liability, shareholder and partnership issues, special litigation committees, defamation and media law matters, and health care issues.  She also has extensive experience in matters arising under the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), as well as various state and federal laws relating to unfair and deceptive lending and consumer trade practices.  Ms. Vendzules represents clients in all phases of civil litigation, including pre-trial, trial and appellate proceedings, in state and federal courts.
