I am getting deployed in january and need an early release from probation. can i do the petition without a lawyer?

Although it is always better to have representation there is no law requiring that you do. If you want to represent yourself I suggest you go to a law library and find sample petitions. Basically you want to tell the Judge why you want to terminate early. In order for the Judge to consider early termination you are going to have to prove not only that you have been deployed but that you have completed all the conditions of your probation. Is it possible to fly into the Usa with a bench warrant for DUI in Pennylvania?

If you have a pending DUI in Pennsylvania or any other State for that matter, and you have not missed a court date which would have produced a warrant for arrest for failing to appear. Just the fact that you were arrested for a DUI will not be a problem. However, if you are planing to travel to Canada you and you have not failed to appear for a court date and/or have not been convicted, you should get a letter from your attorney stating the case is pending otherwise Canada may deny your entry....

I have to do one weekend in jail (72 hrs). Wondering if I will be drug tested.
