Harper assisted my wife and I when our mortgage company wasn't moving fast enough to come to terms for us to refinance our home, and it seemed we would lose our home due to their inactivity. Harper was a bulldog, negotiating with both the mortgage company and the mortgage company's attorney's to make sure the deal went through as they promised it would. We couldn't have done it without him! Harper was always more concerned about the task at hand than with getting a paycheck, and was very generous with his time and energy. I can't give him a high enough recommendation, and I will make use of his talents in the future!

Mr. Dimmerman sacrificed his personal time over the Christmas holidays to insure that my daughter's real estate purchase closing would occur before 12/31/08. Mr. Dimmerman quarterbacked a complex closing involving five parties at a very busy time of year in an effective and efficient manner. I am a CPA and former officer of a Fortune 500 Company. As a father who could not be there, I took great comfort in having Mr. Dimmerman represent my daughter's interest. I would highly recommend using Mr. Dimmerman.

Harper was able to help with me with a landlord tenant dispute. My landlord was not providing me reasonable accommodations of living. He was able to negotiate a settlement between me and the landlord without having to litigate in court.

I first met Harper when one of my clients (I sell residential real estate) hired him to complete a difficult transaction. Throughout the process, Harper was helpful, responsive, informative and without him, the deal would not have closed. I was most impressed however when after everything was completed, my client received the balance of the money that was not used from his original retainer. With the amount of work and time Harper had put in, he could have easily kept the entire amount, but he was honest and returned what was owed to my client.
Over the last 4 years, I have personally used Harper from everything from writing up leases to taking tenants to court to reviewing legal documents. I have also referred at least ten clients his way.
