Look. I can say a lot of things about Carol Baltimore like she is the best there is!! Friendly returns calls emails and answeres any questions you might have, and every meeting is like hanging with a best friend. I can say all this but until you have the chance to be represented by her you won't know... what it feels like to have someone who knows what there doing and does it well on your side!! Never having gone through a bankruptcy before, I was nervous & confused, but ready to get it over with. I was assured by Carol that I would be ok, and handled all of my initial questions with great knowledge and was very professional, she really put my mind at ease. Through the process, she always gu...ided me and answered all my questions, represented me very well in court & for a good fee altogether. I am very glad I came across her for sure! I would recommend her in a heartbeart if you are ever in a place where you find yourself having to file bankruptcy. She was great!

Atty. Baltimore was hired to assist with filing bankruptcy. Her fee was modestly lower than other attorneys, and having a pretty decent understanding of the bankruptcy process, we opted to hire her instead of a higher-cost attorney. What a mistake and waste of money. Upon furnishing to her the reques...ted information, it still didn't get entered into the paperwork properly and took hours of correction. Then, once it was filed, she was never heard from again. She did show up for the creditors'meeting, but played on her phone the whole time, barely acknowledging me. That was the last I have seen or heard from her. She didn't even bother to communicate with me when I received my discharge. It was a total waste of money that I didn't have. I could have just as easily filed pro se.
