Can i get in trouble for breaking my own pfa

While I understand your concerns about your daughter, it is imperative that you not violate the Court Order. It is equally a violation for you to contact him as it is for him to contact you. You might consider depending upon the facts of your case to seek to modify the PFA so that you and your husband can communicate regarding your daughter
