My house was going into forclosure I was 3 mo behind but had made 2 payments which were sitting in Citizens bank because I did not have 3 mo. they sent me into forclosure. I went to Scott and he had told me he could help me.. Well this is his help NOTHING.. he sat on my file and did nothing for me.. didnt keep me up to date on what he had done and never explained anything I could do except pay all the fees and penaltys which were adding up because he just sat on it. I have spoken to other attorneys and they have told me that there were things I could have done to prevent the forclosure. I feel that he never should have taken my case if he did not intend to help me.
