Client Review:
I was involved in an ugly interstate case between NY , DE , and PA. I had a lawyer in every state. Time after time when conflicting issues arose , Kelly , and only Kelly was right 100% of the time. When the case went to trial , (3 times) Kelly's experience in the courtroom shined through as she dominated the other lawyers in PA. I am convinced that if I would have chosen another lawyer in PA , I would not have custody of my children. THANK YOU KELLY !!!!!!!!!!!!

She told me everything that i wanted to hear before she received $$, than her response was that there was "nothing that could be done"... i''m still wondering where her gameplan went, along with her so called we'll fight for you attitude.

Lawyer's Comment: Unfortunately, the facts do not always turn out to be as a client anticipated them to be. I am happy to fight for my clients but sometimes, once you hear the facts and know where the case is going, it makes sense to suggest settlement to a client.
