Stuart A. Cilo

Cilo failed to file an appeal on my father's divorce order. (Dad is not deceased). Cilo also wrote a Stipulation which my sister and I were literally forced to sign....Cilo informed us if we did not sign, we would go to jail and/or a court hearing with Judge Stewart Kurtz and he would not rule in ou...r favor. Story short, we lost our inheritance from our father over the Stipulation. Had Cilo appealed the divorce order this would not have happened. The Stipulation would never had occurred...according to a malpractice attorney, no one should have signed that Stipulation. Lastly, I made an appointment with Cilo to ask him if he would write a letter to Judge Kurtz about the appeal that never took place ( Cilo's wife was ill during this time). Cilo literally beat his fists on his desk, waved his hands in the air and then told me to leave his office and never come back. Thanks to Cilo, my sister and I have lost half of our inheritance from our father.
