I've hired Christina Fleury many time over the years. She is well organized, very intelligent, vicious when it's called for and sweet and understanding. I hired her for my custody trial. She charged me for 2 consultations at $250 each and then charged me a retainer fee of $2500. When it came time for trial she hardly spoke and was reluctant to object to any statements or submissions made by the apposition or judge. When there was obvious procedural e...rrors that occurred during the trial, she did nothing to correct them or even bring them up to the attention of the court. I went from having my children full time to barely getting visitation due to her lack of effort and representation. I am currently appealing the court order without any representation due to the fact that I spent every penny I had saved on her.
