Following graduation from the Duquesne University School of Law in 1987, I began working for a Pittsburgh personal injury firm, Lipsitz, Nassau, & Schwartz. I subsequently began working for the late Judge John P. Hester, a judge on the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. While with Judge Hester for a period of approximately eleven years, I worked on both civil and criminal appeals.
In October 1999, I began working with Brant & Associates, a Washington County firm. My work initially encompassed workers' compensation, but grew to involve consumer bankruptcy, domestic relations law, Social Security Disability, pesonal injury, and wills and estates.
In November 2009, I left Brant & Associates to establish my own practice in the areas set forth above. In doing so, my goal is to provide a common sense approach to problem solving as well as outstanding service at a reasonable cost.
