    Description:
    Landlord Tenant case involving claimed setoff due to presence of mold. Won jury verdict in Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County in February 2011 for full amount of claim with no setoff.

    Description:
    Represented defendant in Zoning case alleging violation of ordinance. We were successful in proving that there was no violation due to nonconforming use and because the activity was protracted under the Right to Farm Act and the Municipal Planning Code.
