Can I sue for having a ovary removed when nothing was wrong with it and now I am having more problems?

Asked by a user in Littlestown, PA - about 2 years ago.

Sounds very troubling. The statute of limitations for medical malpractice cases in Pennsylvania is 2 years, so you should be okay on the statute of limitations. You need to have your medical records reviewed asap, If they took out a healthy ovary, and you are now having trouble getting pregnant, you could have a have very large medical malpractice case. I would be happy to review it for no charge. Either way, I would strongly encourage you to seek a legal consultation on this matter now....
