Too eager to help.
One of the most competent attorneys I have ever used for my realty customers. He was attentive and paid great attention to detail and timely customer contact. I can only feel sad he got in over his head in this mess.

VERY EXPENSIVE
He didn't write the sale or mortgage agreement. He didn't write a single document for the purchase of a property. He didn't even make changes to a single document and it costed thousands of dollars for his review. He didn't return calls. I honestly don't know what my money paid for.
