Gwen Kuchevar

Gwen has over 30 years of experience working with families in all sort and manner of transition. Gwen handled divorcework for 30 years and continues to handle adoptions and guardianships. In addition to those practice areas, she regularly applies what she has learned about families and personal finance to the legal issues affecting the elderly that can arise in a planned or unplanned manner, including long or short term Medical Assistance eligibility planning and the use of trusts to provide for disabled family members. Gwen has practiced law at Rodli, Beskar, Neuhaus, Murray & Pletcher, S.C. since 1984. She and her husband are parents of two adult daughters and doting grandparents as well, to childrena and pets. Gwen enjoys knitting, reading, following Brewers baseball and Badger basketball and is always grateful for time spent with family and friends.
