Kevin assisted us with obtaining a lease for our new office. He reviewed our proposed lease and was helpful in identifiing several key points to consider before we signed. He helped us to negotiate updating some specific terms regarding pricing, terms in case we outgrow our space and default considerations in our lease to be more favorable, but was also honest with us in keeping our own expectations reasonable for this market.
