Description: A City of Buffalo Sanitation Department driver waited too long to visit the bathroom. The result was that the driver passed out at the wheel of a large sanitation truck and crashed into the plaintiff's vehicle which was lawfully stopped at an intersection. The plaintiff sustained multiple herniated discs which were non-surgical. He was unable to return to work.
