I am a New York workers' compensation attorney who graduated from Syracuse University with a B.A. in English in 1986, and attended Western New England University School of Law, graduating with a Juris Doctor in 1993. After admission to the New York State Bar in 1994, I began my career representing the City of Syracuse in workers' compensation matters. From 1997 to 2006, I was a Senior Partner in the firm of Leiter and Brune, representing both injured workers and insurance carriers in Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability claims. In 2006 I was recruited to join Wolff, Goodrich and Goldman, handling workers' compensation matters for insurance carriers and employers, and became a Partner in 2009. In 2014, I decided to open my own practice representing the rights of injured workers.
I currently reside in Baldwinsville, New York with my wife and two children.

I have worked with Mr. Brune over the last two decades and have always found him a pleasure to work with. Mr. Brune not only knows the law but understands its practical application and counsels his clients accordingly. I highly endorse Tracy.
