Walter Ewing Foster III

Mr. Foster overall is an outstanding lawyer. He was always very professional in handling my mother's estate. He helped me by taking the load off of my hand, by splitting up the money equally to all siblings. The funds was sent out directly to them from the estate upon the sale of the house. I'm very... saddened to learn of such a Great!! Caring!! person was disbarred!! However, like my family and I was treated fairly, equally, and just I would not expect anything less when one take on a case!! My heartfelt prayers and condolences goes out to families that has been Misrepresented! Nevertheless, this action doesn't really define the Attorney Walter Foster I need! Perhaps He was dealing with some underline issues!! I will keep him in prayer!!! God forgave us for past, present, and future sins although their are consequences we must face! May the Lord build, heal. and restore broken relationships! Family is more important than material things! What should it profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his soul! or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?

My brother and I hired Mr. Foster to handle my moms probate when we lost her in April 2013. When I would call to ask him a question he was short with me and threatened to charge me every time I called. But every time my brother called him he answered every question. my brother was in his office 4 or ...5 times a day. He allowed my brother to take every thing in the house that he wanted(pictures, home movies, legal papers that I needed) when in the papers I received from the court I was to receive all of he contents of the house. I did not even know that the probate case was closed until may 2014 and it was closed in june 2013 but Mr Foster failed to inform me.

It has been 1 year since I went to Mr. Foster. He gave me guidance and new perspective on my life. He was kind, caring, and very knowledgeable. I went to him with concerns as a Board member for a Homeowners Association. I took his advise and have been all the better for it. Thank You for listeni...ng to me and giving sound advise.

Mr. Foster, "Skip" as most everyone seems to refer to him as, is a great guy. He took the time to get to know me & put my mind at ease throughout my divorce. He always answered my pone calls, always called me back in a quickly & answered all of my questions & I had A LOT of questions. He could hav...e easily gotten annoyed with my calls & treated me like a number, but he didn't! Mr. Foster made me feel confident and comfortable in a really bad time in my life. He's got a small staff, just him and the ladies in the front, I think he does that for a reason, so he has time to keep a personal touch on every case.
