Asked by a user in Schenectady, NY - over 2 years ago.

Can a Landlord discuss another tenants buisness with other tenants and harrass them about another tenants rent.

Asked by a user in Schenectady, NY - over 2 years ago.

Any infrmation that is public can always be discussed with others however, the use of private information is not. If this LandLord is using private information he or she could be subject to a lawsuit. Your Question however, seems to require more information for this to be answered further. Such as the use of the word Harrass...in what way are you being harrassed? the law is clear that no one can just harrass a person but is very specific as to what is and what is not harrassment. Thank you

How do I find out who a visiting judge is who heard my case, that I was not informed about?

Asked by a user in Schenectady, NY - over 2 years ago.

You can look up the case in New York E-Courts. All Papers and assigned Judges will be avalable for your review. If you do not have the index number you can search under your name. Just go to New York Courts website and follow the instructions. If this is not updated then you should call your lawyer and request copies of all the paperwork. You should find the information in those documents. Thank you.

Personal Injury settlements or verdicts can and often do include damages for mental or emotional injuries. They are usually included in the definition of pain and suffering and must be established by competent proof such as a psychiatrist. Thank you
