    Rory’s Answer

I agree with Mr. Rothstein, but keep in mind that making such an announcement to all passengers is logistically difficult.

    Rory’s Answer

You can include all requests within an Affidavit in Opposition, but I would avoid waiting to act until you ask for more time, as you may not be granted the time. #2 & #4 maybe addressed in any Stipulation settling the divorce in 1999.

    Rory’s Answer

I recommend calling your local court building and seeing if they have a law library. There are sometimes staff that can assist you if you represent yourself. This is a good place to start.

    Otherwise, speak with an attorney.

    Rory’s Answer

This is a matter for a practicing elder law attorney. Depending upon what you signed, you may be liable, but that is fact-dependent. Contact an elder law attorney as soon as possible as you have a limited time to answer.

  • How can I create a legal document that will hold up in Court?

I am a Professional Dominatrix who specializes in various forms of domination, including financial domination. Some of My clients like to be financially dominated and even wish to be held accountable with a contract. How can I legally do this wi...

    Rory’s Answer

Um, is this a real question?
If your clients wish to be financially dominated, I am available to receive their money and ask for more.
My wife, kids and pets financially dominate me, but I don't believe that is what you are referring to.

First and foremost, any written contract would have to be signed by the party and list the consideration received on both ends of the transaction. Here, it would be difficult to demonstrate what consideration you are offering without running the risk of saying sexual stimulation.
Your clients do this for sexual excitement, right?

Trading money/property for sexual excitement would not hold up in court. I am not trying to insult you, but imagine you filing for a judgment on any contract like that. If your clients want to be held accountable for payments, then make the contract for the sale of some object that you can give/sell to them.
