The money your wife put in the house that was hers before the marriage she will make a claim for. However, since she owns a business you can claim an interest in the business and use it to offset the house value. Please note, if the children are minors the Court will look to the best interest of the childrren and try to keep them in the house until they graduate or are emancipated. As such who ever has custody of the children will probably get the use and occupancy of the home.
