As for the relationship with another lawyer, most lawyers know one another in the area they practice in. If you are unhappy with any lawyer, you have the right to discharge them. The Grievance Committee will not give you a lawyer or represent you; however, all lawyers are required to participate in fee arbitration over the legal fee; which is consumer friendly and does not require that you have a lawyer.
