I HIGHLY recommend Henry to anyone needing honest, expert advice.
Henry advised me on the immigration process for my fiancee's visa into the U.S. He simplified the confusing, and sometimes contradictory, USCIS application process by explaining very clearly what our options were, answering all of our questions and drawing on his experience from prior successful cases. Henry is very patient, knowledgeable and works hard for his clients.
Henry even suggested ways for me to save money by handling certain ongoing aspects of the immigration application process on my own (under his guidance). What a great guy!

Henry Lung took on a case that many other attorneys wouldn't touch with a ten-foot pole. He did so because he knew I was wronged, but other attorneys afraid of losing face at their country clubs or golf games wouldn't stand up to my defendant. Henry agree to because he said it was the right thing to do and he has the integrity to stand by his convictions and defend what it right, even if his participation might not be popular among his peers. I don't know the outcome yet, as we haven't gotten that far...but I'm hoping it's a knock-out and the defendant never gets to do to others what he and his quack colleagues did to me morally and financially.

Mr. Lung has been handling my case since May 2014 to present. Mr. Lung has taken many hours to explain thoroughly all aspects of my case. This has put me at ease. He is very knowledgeable and has demonstrated professionalism by always responding to many of my emails and concerns in a timely matter. Mr. Lung was highly recommended by a close family friend. I would recommend Mr. Lung to others as well.

Mr. Lung represented me in a child support case in New York. Whenever you have need for an attorney, be it a speeding ticket or child support modification, it is usually a stressful time in your life. Mr Lung is an expert in divorce law. He protected my rights as a father and got me a reduction in child support that I legally deserved. His prices are competitive to the point you could pay double his hourly rate elsewhere and be disappointed. Great person--super lawyer. You won't be disappointed with his work.

My case started when the attorney at my employer informed he had just received a request for information for garnishing my wages.I was referred to Henry. There are not enough characters allowed in this box to explain how knowledgeable, professional, dedicated, helpful and genuine Henry is. He ended up having to file motion after motion as we were dealing with a terrible Law Firm that was hired by the opposite side. This Law Firm submitted false affidavit to the court, failed to give the Judge's order to stop any action against me until the hearing so my bank froze all my bank accounts leaving me with no resource to pay my bills or put food on the table. Henry reacted extremely quickly and worked before and after hours to make sure he did everything in his power to reverse the freeze and stop them from any further fraudulent activities. Without him, I am not sure what situation I would be in today. He gave me my life back and I will be forever grateful to him for going above and beyond in a desperate situation.Henry is everything every lawyer should be.You can count on him to have your best interest in mind and at heart.

Henry is an exceptional lawyer. His credentials speak for themselves and he is very informative and descriptive when speaking to you regarding the legal action that is brought against you. It is a pleasure working with him and what I enjoy the most about working with him is that he does not try to drag the case on forever and finds resolution within a short period of time. I highly recommend him.

I hired him August of 2013 to work on my divorce case. I can't put the whole story here because this only allows me to type so much. I'll try to put all the important stuff and condense it. This is my second attempt.
At our 4 way meeting he told my ex's attorney that "My client can pay more" relating to child support. Those were his exact words. I couldn't believe it myself. After that I had to take over the four way.
No thanks to Mr. Lung, I effectively negotiated EVERYTHING in my agreement. When her attorney first drafted the agreement I asked Mr. Lung what he thought about it. He clearly didn't read it because he danced around the topic and then finally asked me to read it first. When I read the agreement, it had so many errors in it. Mr. Lung should've advised me of these errors but instead of advising me, kept rushing me off the phone.
He admitted he never read my e-mails and just to tell him what I wrote. To be fair I did write a ton of e-mails to him. One day he even called me to ASK FOR PAPERWORK (His disorganization was astounding). After about 1 year my ex and I came to an agreement on everything so now it was time to draft. Her lawyer did the drafting. It was a mess. I had to go through everything. Mr. Lung kept asking me what I thought about the agreement. It was 73 pages long. It took me about 3 weeks to go through everything with a fine tooth comb. I had millions of questions and he never answered. Instead would tell me to come to his office but would always reschedule on me. Her attorney put in the agreement that if I take her to court and lose I have to pay her attorney's fees. Later I found out this is regular language BUT Mr. Lung never told me that. Anyway, the whole back and forth with the agreement took a total of 2 months. I kept asking for an invoice to see what Mr. Lung actually did on my case. HE DID NOTHING and he knows it. How do I know this is fact? Because I'm actually on good terms with my ex (well at least back then I was) and I asked her to ask her attorney what he did apart from sending her the corrections I made. NOTHING. NOT ONE THING! My ex even said that they thought he was strange.
At the end of the day I hired another attorney. Basically what I could've gotten done in 4 moths (the time I was on board for ending the marriage) I could've gotten done in 2 weeks. That is exactly how long this lawyer handled my case WITH ALL THE CORRECTIONS I HAD. And instead of him commenting on my clothes (yes Mr. Lung actually told me that what I wore to the four way meeting was horrible) he worked with my ex's attorney. HERE IS WHAT I WORKED OUT 1) Child support was $300. 2)Three weeks vacation with my son 3)The clause where it says ATTY's fees if I take her to court was removed. 4) $50,000 life insurance (which I had to work hard to reverse Mr. Lung's mistake. 5) A whole bunch of other stuff to my advantage. At the end of the day I paid less than 3 times what my ex paid for the divorce and got everything I wanted. I wish I had him all along. But I didn't. I had to fight for myself. Hiring Mr. Lung was a big mistake. I have more stories but already have written a long review here. I would not hire him. He is unprofessional, rude and disorganized. And I still HAVEN'T GOTTEN AN INVOICE!

Attorney Lung is a very knowledgeable and helpful attorney. Henry took over my case from Massachusetts and thus far has been nothing but aces in regards to an attorney who has a working understanding of the law mixed with compassion for such a sensitive area of law, Family Court. I have never once felt like I was being "handled" by Henry. He has a keen sense of attention to the smallest details and is very hands on with my matter. I do not feel as if I am just another name in a filing cabinet.
