  • I opened a container and found something weird, what can I do about it?

Minute Made juice that hadn't expired and had not been previously opened. Brought it at Wal-Mart. Who is responsible for this? Can I file suit? What should I do next?

    Jeffrey’s Answer

File suit for what? What you can and should do is return it for a full refund or exchange.

    Jeffrey’s Answer

Concur with the prior posters. You may have an argument regarding points of impact and location within the intersection. Hiring an accident reconstruction expert will cost a lot more than hiring qualified counsel.

    Jeffrey’s Answer

If your local municipality won't help and you don't have money to hire someone, perhaps you can barter services. Yes, you are legally responsible for dangerous conditions. Assumedly, even in Tx. That's a joke, no offense meant and hope none taken.

Agree with my colleagues. Also, there are nuances between NY and NJ. Ultimately, your case will likely be defended on its merits.

    Jeffrey’s Answer

Basic no-fault between cars is not reimbursed or owed back. It can get more complicated beyond that.
